We spoke to the bell-captian standing right there and was told that it is not an in-house system and we would have to take it up with the help desk, which had a recording instead of help. The wireless in-room service did not connect and when we tried the internet kiosks in the lobby it locked up and took our money. It is time for this hotel to get some Wi-Fi that works. The Time Share sales people harass you constantly, it's hard to get to the elavators without dancing around them. Start with the addition of a Keurig coffee machine in the room that costs $10 to use. It is still clean but the service has dropped off severly. We have stayed there many times before because the the location woks well for us and it has always been a clean, well run place.
